While Accent Pointe is registered as an independent software company, we enjoy working hand in hand with traders and risk managers from our partner trading companies in order to produce state-of-the-art trading application suite and deliver IT services to our clients.  We have over 10 years of experience in developing time-critical trading systems: from an early application suites used for trading of derivatives on Amsterdam trading floor, to the latest application suite designed for trading of equity and derivatives on the multiple electronic exchanges. High standards of our partner trading companies and very dynamic business environment has helped us develop what we believe to be the set of industry-best practices and tools for building of time-critical, robust, client-server application suites. Using systematic approach, we are able to attack problems of arbitrary complexity and resolve them in the best possible way.

Design and development of trading software is a challenging job in a fast-moving environment, which requires not only high level of knowledge of object-oriented development techniques and operating system, but also good understanding of communication protocols and distributed environments. When developing good trading software, the robustness and real-time performance of the system are equally important as the provided functionality. Typically, one has to be really talented developer with good analytical skills and penchant for details to be able to grasp all concepts of such a system and work effectively on its further improvement.
